The heart of ScrumLite ™ is our new PowerTrainer ™. With the use of a link Kit the two PowerTrainers are transformed in a single sturdy medium sized scrum trainer. There are two benches and tread plate areas to stand for weight in the form of a couple team mates, can also be ballasted with a custom FatSac with compact storage or a couple of plastic water barrels, which means weight up to 2,000 pounds. Independent pad depth & width adjustment, shock absorbing air cushioned heads, and durable alloy construction. Needs no tools for assembly or dissassembly. Teaches proper technique & targets player’s core. New contoured pads , with crowned positioning coverts it into a Rucking Sled. Two Trainers in one, Scrum & Collision point. set up with flanker pads staggered to create a narrow gate for teaching effective Rucking techniques
