you ScrumLite ™ , an inexpensive scrum trainer that is completely collapsible, it
fits into duffle bags for travel or compact storage.
The heart of ScrumLite ™ is the new PowerTrainer ™. Dual pads, large tread
plate, bench for weight in the form of a couple team mates, a perfect fit underneath
for the included FatSac or a plastic water barrel, means weight up to 1,000 pounds.
Independent pad depth & width adjustment, shock absorbing heads, and durable
alloy construction. Needs no tools for assembly or dissassembly. Teachs proper technique
& targets player’s core. Optional pads turn it into a Rucking Sled.
