So even though I am a veteran of long haul travel during my rugby career - this Atlanta - Hong Kong - and now Las Vegas swing is a bit of a record.  And just to make it a bit tougher on my mind and body to figure out where I am in the world - take a look at the view outside my hotel!

Total travel time from HK to Nevada - 30 hours. I am doing this as a former athlete - but I can't imagine the strain the players are going through coming from New Zealand to the USA Sevens - you lose a couple of days just getting the body clock adjusted. I imagine a few players wanted to have a three a.m. training session.

Great to be in Vegas again - and showing off my new 7s Powertrainer model - while allowing the number 1 ranked Canadian women's team a chance to work out on it.

Recapping Hong Kong - got caught up well with our customers there - and really enjoyed the training session with the Hong Kong RFC.
